Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, the product you receive will match the image and description provided on the website. However, there may be slight variations in color or design due to different monitor settings or batch updates.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
After completing your order, a confirmation email with the sales receipt will be sent to your registered email. You can also view and download the receipt by logging into your account and navigating to the Orders section under My Account.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Once the return is approved, you will be guided through the return process. Refunds will be processed after the product is received and verified.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we regularly restock popular items. If an item is marked as out of stock, please check back later, as availability is updated frequently. You can also contact our support team for restocking inquiries.
Where can I ship my order?
We currently ship orders across India. During checkout, you can enter your shipping address to verify service availability. International shipping is not available at this time.
