Description

The birth of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is the greatest favour of Allah Almighty on humanity. That is why the Muslim community celebrates the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with traditional zeal and zest on the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal and strengthens their faith. However, some mischievous elements, who are devoid of spiritualism, speak against the celebration of birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and declare it as unjustified. The fact remains that in order to strengthen their relationship with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the more the Muslims express their feelings on his birth anniversary the less. Keeping this in view, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri accorded special importance to the subject of Mawlid-un-Nabi (peace and blessings be upon him) in the beginning of his preaching.

The first book was the collection of his four Friday speeches compiled by Allama Ali Akber Al-Azhari. This book got published in many editions and continued to be amended and modified in view of its increasing demand. It has become a sort of encyclopedia on the subject now.

The book mounts a befitting attack on those who indulge in incessant propaganda of declaring others as ‘Mushrik’ (polytheist) every now and then and establishes the legal status of the Mawlid-un-Nabi (peace and blessings be upon him) in the light of the Holy Quran and Sunna. The author has undertaken exhaustive discussion on such important topics as the birth of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the reasons of naming the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and celebration on the birth of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The book seeks to remove all doubts and confusion created by the vested interests
